Alex MacLaverty is the UK managing director at Hotwire. She joined Hotwire in 2004 and is responsible for Hotwire’s UK technology, corporate, and media & marketing teams. She works across the telecoms, IT and services, consumer, media and marketing and clean tech practices providing strategic counsel for clients and leading Hotwire´s media training and crisis management services.

Alex has a wide range of specialist experience within technology PR, having worked with more than 100 clients including MessageLabs, Cisco, Sage, Sierra Wireless, Airwave, Newport Networks, Zeus Technology, Sapient, SecureWorks and ATG, as well as within the financial services sector for clients such as Barclays, Esure, and the FSA.
