CeBIT is the world’s largest trade fair showcasing digital IT and telecommunications solutions for home and work environments and this year’s 6,000 plus exhibitors will be trying to attract the attention of half a million visitors. The most sought after of those visitors are purchasers, suppliers and the hundreds of registered media who cover CeBIT every year.
With so many media in one place it’s a great opportunity to get your message across to key targets but you shouldn’t assume that you can arrange meetings just before the event. The key journalists are booked up weeks in advance and the meetings they’ve arranged are with companies that have previously sparked their interest.
At CeBIT 2005 Hotwire represented five clients and secured interviews for them of which resulted in considerable attention being drawn to our clients’ products, solutions and strategies. The key to our client’s success is in the detailed planning and early execution of a structured communications campaign. |
