Hotwire today announced the appointment of Katy Ludditt as head of the telecoms practice in the UK. Katy will have responsibility for the strategic delivery of campaigns for telecoms industry clients.
Hotwire’s telecommunications practice – one of six specialist practices within the agency – has expanded considerably during the past 12 months, with a number of pan-European and UK client wins. Katy joins Hotwire from Band and Brown Communications where she was a senior account director in the technology division. Prior to this, Katy worked at technology PR agencies AxiCom and Catalysis. She has vast experience in telecoms and technology PR, having previously worked with a broad range of blue-chip, start-up and analyst organisations including Intel, IBM, Red Hat, Forrester Research and Macromedia.
