London, 6 February 2006: Hotwire appoints Craigie as head of UK

Hotwire today announced the appointment of Brendon Craigie as UK regional director. Brendon will be responsible for an office with 38 staff and revenues of £3.2million (2005).
Brendon joined Hotwire in 2001 as its seventh employee. In the five years he has been at the company Brendon has been responsible for the development of two of Hotwire's fastest growing practice areas in telecommunications and applications & services, as well as overseeing the company's launch into the banking & finance sectors. In these roles Brendon has worked with for a number of clients including Alcatel, THUS, Plumtree Software, MYOB and Thales. Hotwire co-founder and managing director Kristin Syltevik commented: “Hotwire has a culture of promoting from within, so we’re delighted that one of our first employees is now heading up the UK office. As we’ve grown from start up to a leading PR agency with offices throughout Europe, the need for strong local management has grown, and Brendon fills this role perfectly in the UK.” |
