We are in the people business and we pride ourselves on recruiting the brightest and the best people, and in providing our team with a highly rewarding and progressive working environment. We’re not complacent, and we continue to look at new ways to improve things for our staff and our community. This year we have two exciting new CSR initiatives; a Green project to reduce Hotwire’s carbon footprint, and a Give project in which Hotwire employees can nominate charitable causes that the agency will support through staff time.
” Each year, Best Companies and The Sunday Times celebrate the best small, mid-size and big workplaces in the UK. At least 90% of a company’s score comes from an employee survey and is dependent upon how highly employees score the company according to the eight factors the survey measures including leadership, personal growth, sense of belonging, wellbeing and giving back to society. Employees from participating organisations are surveyed based on a rigorous methodology For further information see Hotwire’s Sunday Times Best Small Companies to Work listing.
