Hotwire launches customer newsletter to support client communications London, 12 March 2004 – Hotwire, the leading European technology PR consultancy, today announced the launch of The Wire, a quarterly newsletter providing clients and key contacts with a detailed view of what is happening at Hotwire.
Hotwire clients including Brocade, Duracell, Thus and Experian will benefit from news, an up-to-date look at different PR techniques and a showcase of campaign highlights and examples from various PR programmes. Every issue will feature a dedicated ‘Leaders in PR’ profile, involving an interview with a successful and innovative PR professional.
The Wire will also provide a snapshot of what Hotwire can offer clients and examples of how PR can positively increase a company’s profile and support their business needs.
Kristin Syltevik, managing partner of client services at Hotwire, said: “We discovered that while clients understand how Hotwire helps them, they have little knowledge of what we do for other clients. The Wire seemed like an ideal method of communicating the broader Hotwire picture.” About Hotwire Hotwire is a European technology public relations consultancy established by Europe’s leading PR specialists to provide the technology industry with progressive PR services.
