Hotwire, the European technology public relations consultancy, today announced that following a competitive pitch it has been selected by Waterford Technologies, one of the leading providers of active email archiving software, to manage and implement a UK PR campaign. 

To support Waterford Technologies’ strategic goal of being the number one provider of email archiving software to medium and large organisations, Hotwire will implement an ongoing business and IT media relations campaign in the UK. Hotwire will work with Waterford Technologies to position the company as taking email management to the next level by offering search, storage, compliance and reporting capabilities. 
 
Currently many organisations are only focused on archiving email but then face the challenge of extracting relevant and meaningful intelligence out of email archives. As such, Waterford Technologies helps provide IT managers, HR officers, and Chief Risk Officers in providing quick and easy search and reporting capabilities that help compliance, reduce risk and provide intelligence into email usage. In addition, Waterford Technologies can help companies reduce their email storage capacity by 90 per cent through improved archiving functionality and processes.
