Hotwire and CPR reveal IT and business leaders lack confidence in political parties to deliver Digit
Hotwire and CPR find IT and business leaders confused, uninspired and uncertain by Digital Britain policy agendas
4th March 2010 - Speaking at the launch of its latest white paper, ‘Digital Britain, smart technology, stifled access’, Hotwire, the technology public relations agency, and CPR, its sister public affairs firm, today warned that UK business and IT leaders have been left confused, uninspired and uncertain by the main political parties’ policy agendas for Digital Britain. According to a study conducted by Hotwire and CPR, only 6% of IT and business leaders are extremely confident that politicians can deliver on the Digital Britain Bill, while 34% said none of the political parties have the capacity to put the UK at the forefront of digital technology.
