The Holmes Report ranks Hotwire in the top five best agencies to work for.
The second annual Best Consultancies to Work For study, conducted by the Holmes Report, gathered responses from more than 1,900 employees at more than 50 consultancies across Europe. Based on employee responses, the Holmes Report ranked Hotwire in the top five European agencies to work for. The report states that "Hotwire ranked number one when people were asked whether they believed they were fairly compensated and scored particularly high marks when employees were asked whether they had confidence in the quality of management; whether they found the work intellectually stimulating; and whether they were satisfied with the level of training". According to the report, while growing at an impressive rate, Hotwire has managed to keep its collegial culture and unique work environment!
