Hotwire in The Holmes Report "Best Consultancy to Work For" survey

Hotwire has once again scored highly in The Holmes Report "Best Consultancy to Work For" survey. Up from number three last year, Hotwire is now rated as the second best specialist international consultancy to work for.
The survey is conducted by the Holmes Report annually with all employees invited to rate their company. Hotwire was commended for its commitment to a positive work/life balance, which it achieves by managing employees' workloads closely to avoid long working hours and enabling flexible working for all staff. It also scored highly for employee empowerment, reflecting its consultative approach to planning and decision-making.
