London, 22 September 2006 - Axios Systems, a global leader in IT service management (ITSM) software, has appointed Hotwire to lead its global media relations campaign.
Hotwire was appointed following a competitive pitch, to help Axios build profile and reputation across its global markets including the Middle East, Europe, AsiaPac and the US. The agency will have responsibility for the development of a strategic global campaign across all markets and production of global PR materials, as well as implementation within the UK to target business and technology audiences. In addition, Hotwire will be supporting Axios’ ‘A’ Star Awards, which are supported by other leading IT companies including Accenture, EDS, IBM and Microsoft. The Awards, which culminate in a final at the British Museum hosted by DJ Emma B on November 24, seek to address the gender imbalance within IT and encourage young women to enter the industry.
